DermaFox Aesthetics arranges consultations and is not itself a medical or cosmetic practitioner. Any treatment decision is made with the registered health practitioner who assesses you.

Why we exist

Researching a cosmetic or skin treatment can be confusing — the marketing often looks the same, and it’s hard to know what questions to ask. We built DermaFox Aesthetics to keep things simple: one short enquiry, a reply from us within 24–48 hours, and a no-obligation consultation where your individual situation is assessed in person.

Pricing on this site is shown as indicative ranges only. Cosmetic and skin treatments depend on individual suitability, so your actual cost is confirmed after assessment, in writing, before you commit to anything.

What you can ask about

• Facial consultations — to discuss concerns such as lines, wrinkles, facial volume loss, lip shape and symmetry, under-eye hollows and jawline or chin profile. A registered health practitioner explains which options may suit you, their risks, costs and alternatives — including doing nothing. Treatments that involve prescription medicines can only be considered after an in-person consultation with an appropriately qualified, registered health practitioner. See facial consultations.

What a good consultation looks like

Whatever you’re considering, a good consultation should include:

• A proper medical and skin history
• A clear explanation of all suitable options — including non-treatment — with the risks and realistic outcomes of each
• Costs in writing
• Time to think, without pressure to book on the day

Requesting a consultation is free and there’s no obligation; any consultation fee is confirmed before you book. Cosmetic consultations are for adults (18+).
