Privacy Policy
How DermaFox Aesthetics collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information.
Last updated: 9 May 2026
This privacy policy explains how DermaFox Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
DermaFox Aesthetics is operated by JR Digital Services Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 761 787) of Adelaide, South Australia. Contact: enquiries@dermafoxaesthetics.com.au.
What we collect
When you submit a consultation request through this site, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your suburb (so we can match you with a local clinic)
- The treatment you’re considering
- Any optional context you add to the message field
We do not collect medical history, treatment records, or any health information. Health information is collected by the clinic during your consultation, under their own privacy policy and the relevant medical-records regulations.
What we use it for
Your details are used for one purpose only — connecting you with one trusted Adelaide clinic that handles your suburb and treatment area. We forward your enquiry to that clinic; they contact you to arrange a consultation.
We may also use aggregated, de-identified data for service improvement (e.g. “how many enquiries did we receive for HydraFacial in May”).
Tracking technologies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to measure traffic and form-submission events. GA4 sets first-party cookies and stores aggregated, pseudonymised event data with a 14-month retention default. We don’t run Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, or LinkedIn Insight tags at this time; if we add any of these in future, we’ll update this policy and disclose in the same place.
You can opt out of GA4 by enabling your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting, by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by contacting us at enquiries@dermafoxaesthetics.com.au and we’ll exclude your IP from our reporting.
Disclosure
We disclose your enquiry details to:
- The single Adelaide clinic we match you with for your enquiry
- Our hosting and email infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for the website, GoHighLevel for our enquiry pipeline)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with marketing networks, data brokers, or any third party other than as described above.
Storage and security
Your enquiry details are stored in our GoHighLevel customer-relationship platform (hosted in the United States, with appropriate cross-border-transfer protections). We retain enquiry records for 24 months after the last interaction, then anonymise.
We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls on our internal systems.
Your rights
You can:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion (“erasure”) of your enquiry record at any time
- Request that we exclude your IP from analytics reporting
Email enquiries@dermafoxaesthetics.com.au with your request. We aim to respond within 14 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with a new “last updated” date.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at enquiries@dermafoxaesthetics.com.au. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
