These terms govern your use of DermaFox Aesthetics (“the site”), a quote-matching directory operated by JR Digital Services Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 761 787) of Adelaide, South Australia. By using the site or submitting a consultation request, you accept these terms.

What we are — and what we’re not

DermaFox Aesthetics is a directory and referral service. We connect Adelaide enquirers with one trusted local cosmetic, skin or medi-spa clinic per enquiry. We are not a medical or cosmetic practitioner. We do not provide treatments, we do not give medical advice, and we do not assess your suitability for any treatment.

Any health, treatment or product information on this site is general in nature and not a substitute for advice from a qualified, AHPRA-registered practitioner. Always seek individual professional advice before booking any cosmetic medical treatment.

The referral process

When you submit a consultation request, we forward your enquiry to one Adelaide clinic that matches your suburb and the treatment area you’ve asked about. The clinic typically contacts you within one business day to arrange a no-obligation consultation. All clinical assessments, treatment recommendations, pricing, and bookings are made directly between you and the clinic. We have no involvement in the clinical relationship.

You are not obliged to book with the matched clinic. You are welcome to seek alternative quotes from other clinics. We do not charge enquirers and we do not pressure you to book.

Pricing

Pricing information shown on this site is indicative only and represents typical Adelaide market ranges. Actual pricing for any treatment is determined by the clinic during your consultation, based on individual suitability and the specific products, units or sessions required. The clinic’s quote — confirmed in person at consultation — is the binding price.

Health and safety disclosures

Cosmetic medical treatments (including all injectable, laser and intensive skin treatments) carry risks. Outcomes depend on individual factors including skin type, anatomy, medical history and aftercare adherence. Side effects and complications are possible. The matched clinic will discuss these with you during consultation. You should never proceed with a cosmetic treatment without a thorough consultation with a qualified, registered practitioner.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it without warranties of any kind. Clinic offerings, products and pricing change. The matched clinic’s consultation supersedes anything stated on this site.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is the intellectual property of JR Digital Services Pty Ltd or our licensors. You may view and share links to our content; you may not copy or republish content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR Digital Services Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or the referral service, your interactions with the matched clinic, the outcomes of any treatment you book, or any reliance you place on information published on this site. This does not exclude any non-excludable consumer rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the site or the referral service at our discretion, including (without limitation) where we believe a user is using the service in bad faith or in breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts.
